30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to all new accounts on any paid plan (Starter or Professional). If EduTrak is not the right fit for your school for any reason, simply contact us at billing@edutrak.io within 30 days and we will process your refund in full.
Renewals & Ongoing Subscriptions
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes: monthly renewals, annual subscription payments, and mid-cycle upgrades. We strongly recommend cancelling before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Annual Plan Refunds
If you purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable in full. However, if you cancel an annual plan after 30 days, we will issue a pro-rated credit for the remaining unused months. This credit can be applied to a future EduTrak subscription.
Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including: significant service outages that prevented normal use for an extended period, billing errors where you were charged the wrong amount, and duplicate charges. We will always do our best to make things right.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply email billing@edutrak.io with your school name, the email address on your account, and the date of payment. We will confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, bank account, or mobile money).
Excluded from Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds: add-on services consumed in full (e.g., one-time data migration services), accounts suspended for violation of our Terms and Conditions, payments more than 30 days old (outside guarantee period, non-exceptional), and Enterprise custom plans (governed by separate contracts).
