Every Monday you can purchase a week bundle for GH₵4 per student (instead of GH₵5 if you paid GH₵1/report × 5 days). The bundle covers Monday through Friday reports. If you miss Monday, you pay the standard GH₵1 per report that day.
No. There are zero monthly fees, subscriptions, or contracts. You only pay GH₵1 per report sent — or GH₵4/week on Mondays. Top up your school balance and it deducts as reports go out.
The GH₵1 covers delivery to every guardian linked to that student. Multiple parents on one student is not charged extra.
When a parent pays a school fee, levy, or any amount through EduTrak, we charge a flat GH₵0.50 processing fee on top of the amount. There are no percentage commissions — just 50 pesewas, flat.
A parent can purchase one AI Insights session for GH₵5. The AI analyses their child's full report history and generates personalised learning tips, progress commentary, and recommended activities to try at home. Each session is for one child.
We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, Airtel), bank transfer, and major cards. Ghanaian schools pay in GHS, Nigerian schools in NGN, Kenyan schools in KES, and South African schools in ZAR. Prices are converted at current rates.
